Design change in the morning. Part in the afternoon.
We run our own CNC, additive and composite production next to our engineering team. Prototypes and small series are machined, printed, finished, marked and inspected in-house — with qualified EU partners only where volume or process demands it.
The same workshop builds the structures and parts for every Ozmec system.

Engineers check one thing first: can your machines make my part? Here is exactly what we run.

Outside our envelope? We coordinate with qualified EU partners and keep quality ownership.
The right process for the part.
Geometry, material, functional surfaces and quantity decide between machining, printing and composites — we recommend, you decide.
CNC machining
For mating surfaces, load paths and tight tolerances.
- Milling and turning
- Aluminium, steel, stainless, plastics
- Fixture and jig manufacturing
- Prototype to small series
Additive
For fast iteration and geometry that can't be machined.
- FDM with engineering-grade filaments
- Resin / SLA for fine detail
- Functional prototypes
- Printed jigs and tooling
Composites
For stiffness at the lowest possible mass.
- Carbon fibre components
- Composite plate machining
- Bonded assemblies
- Lightweight structures and body parts
Finishing & marking
Every part leaves identified and ready to assemble.
- Laser engraving and marking
- Deburring, surface preparation
- Anodising and coating via partners
- Serial numbering and labelling
Every part measured. Every part traceable.
Defense, aerospace and motorsport parts need more than the right shape. They need proof — of material, of dimensions, and of where they came from.
- First article
- First article inspection on every new part in AS9102 format on request
- Measurement
- CMM / height gauge / micrometers / optical, calibrated equipment, inspection reports
- Materials
- Material certificates EN 10204 3.1 from certified EU suppliers
- Traceability
- Serial and batch numbers marked on part, linked to material, machine and inspection record
- Quality system
- QMS aligned with EN 9100 — certification in progress, target quarter / year
Engineering and production under one roof.
Speed
No queue at an external shop. A revised part between test sessions, not between seasons.
Design for manufacture
Our machinists review your design before cutting — fewer parts, less weight, lower cost.
Confidentiality
Your drawings stay in one building. NDA from the first call, controlled access to files.
EU supply chain
Production in Slovenia, materials and finishing partners from the EU.
From drawing to delivered part in five steps.
Send geometry, material and quantity. We take it from there and keep you informed at every step.

Before you ask.
Can you make parts you didn't design?
Yes. Send your drawings and we manufacture to your specification — with a DFM review if you want one.
Which file formats do you accept?
STEP for 3D, PDF drawings with tolerances, DXF for 2D parts. Native SolidWorks .
What quantities do you handle?
From a single prototype to medium series of X units. Larger volumes through qualified EU partners, with quality under our control.
How fast can I get a quote?
Within 1-2 working days for complete drawings. Faster for urgent prototypes — tell us your deadline.
Are you EN 9100 certified?
Not yet. Our quality system is aligned with EN 9100 and certification is in progress.
SEND YOUR DRAWINGS. GET A QUOTE IN 1-2 DAYS.
Upload STEP files or drawings with material, quantity and deadline. Our production lead reviews them personally — under NDA if you need it.
